Orders are processed within 7 Days for pre-order.
For orders with personalisation, please allow an additional 3 business days for processing.
- TaiwanStandard delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- InternationalStandard international delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging must be included
Personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us before sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
GIFTING
All Journey of Sole products are wrapped in environmentally responsible packaging, designed to protect the piece while keeping unnecessary materials to a minimum.
Each order is presented in a protective box or envelope, accompanied by a dust bag for storage and care.
If you have special gifting requirements, including gift messages or alternative wrapping arrangements, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.
