Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please ensure all personalised order details are correct before placing your order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at journeyofsoleofficial@gmail.com, and we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible).
Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

In accordance with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period for distance purchases.
Personalised or custom-made products are exempt from the cooling-off period, as permitted by law.

換貨說明

退款說明
